Business ADSL
Taking care of business.
Business ADSL uses traditional ADSL (asynchronous digital subscriber line) technology, providing your business with continuous, hi-speed connectivity at a price that will fit any budget. Netspace BusinessOne ADSL is backed by our industry leading Service Level Guarantee and is supported by the Netspace BusinessOne service centre. With a host of different data plans, there's sure to be 'One' to meet your business needs.
Performance Guarantee
At Netspace BusinessOne, we give our business partners peace of mind through a server uptime, connectivity and bandwidth guarantee. Our unique Service Level Agreement (SLA) means that if we don't deliver what we promise, we don't expect you to pay for it. It's that simple.
Business Service Centre
We understand that the last thing any company wants to do is spend time dealing with IT issues. We can't promise that you will never need to contact us, but we have made the process as painless as possible. Our Business Service Centre is solely charged with addressing the needs of our business customers. Sales, customer service or support – whatever your enquiry, the Business Service Centre will take care of it for you. The team member you speak to will be the one you deal with from start to finish, liaising on your behalf with any other areas of the company that may be required to facilitate your request or query.
Business Grade Support
All Netspace BusinessOne Broadband plans have free business grade support from a dedicated team of Network and Support engineers. Of course, the interaction with the support teams is managed for you by the Business Service Centre, so it doesn't matter if you don't know the difference between a router and a roundabout!
Free Same-State Traffic
Enables your employees to send files to other Netspace users in your state at no cost – perfect for VPNs (Virtual Private Network) between offices you have in the same state.
Generous Traffic Quotas
Our full-speed download allowances have set a new benchmark for broadband Internet plans in Australia.
Free Uploads
Only data that you download will be counted towards your monthly quota, this makes running webservers or mail servers from your office, a very economical proposition.
Static IP Address
All Netspace BusinessOne Broadband plans come with a Static IP address, your unique identifier on the Internet. A Static (or Fixed) IP enables other computers on the Internet to always know where to find your connection, which is essential when running your own web or mail servers.
